Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC)
All travellers must submit the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) with the Electronic Health Declaration within 3 days of arrival. We check every field, submit to ICA and email the acknowledgement.
Five minutes is all it takes
- Enter your details — A guided form covers passport, trip, accommodation and the health declaration. Cities, airlines and registered hotels come from searchable lists.
- We review and submit — Our team checks every field against SGAC requirements, then submits your card to the Singapore ICA system.
- Acknowledgement by email — You receive the SGAC acknowledgement by email. Your reference number lets you check the status at any time.
SGAC questions, answered
How do I fill out the Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) online?
The SGAC is completed online before you travel. Enter your passport details, trip info and health declaration on our form in about five minutes; we check every field, submit it to ICA for you, and email you the confirmation. There is no app to install and nothing to fill in on arrival.
What is the step-by-step way to complete the SGAC?
Three steps: 1) enter your arrival date and flight, 2) enter your passport details, 3) add your accommodation, contact details and health declaration, then submit. We review your entries and catch mistakes, so even first-timers can finish it online without rejections.
When exactly can I apply?
The SGAC can be submitted within three days of arrival, counting the arrival day itself. Arriving on 10 March means you can submit from 8 March. Earlier submissions are not accepted by the ICA system.
Do I need one if I am only transiting?
No — travellers transiting or transferring through Singapore without seeking immigration clearance are exempt. If you clear immigration and enter Singapore, even for a day trip, you do need an SGAC.
Does everyone in my family need their own?
Yes. The SGAC is one submission per traveller, including infants and children. Please apply once for each person travelling.
Do I have to submit again for my next trip?
Yes. An SGAC covers only the trip you declared. Every new entry into Singapore needs a new submission.
What is the Electronic Health Declaration?
It is the health part of the SGAC, submitted together with your arrival details. It asks whether you have symptoms such as fever or cough, which regions you visited recently, and about yellow-fever-risk countries. Our form explains each question in your language.
Is the SGAC a visa?
No. The SGAC is an arrival declaration, not a visa or an entry permit. If your nationality requires a visa for Singapore, you still need to obtain it separately.
Can I do this myself instead?
Yes — the SGAC is free on the official ICA website. Singapore Digital Immigration is a paid service that takes the form-filling and submission off your hands and keeps the acknowledgement in one place.
